Shipping; To keep things simple, we use one shipping method - Canada Post. Canada Post offers a variety of shipping options, including a courier service. All available options, their cost and their estimated delivery time will be displayed to you during the checkout procedure. Most of the Canada Post options include tracking and insurance of $100 CDN and we have found, through experience, that mail is the safest method of shipping. We have never lost a shipment or had one damaged using Canada Post, something we can not say with the courier company options we used to use. Returns; ALL items are tested pre-ship and would not be shipped if they were not functioning 100%. However, if you have a problem, e-mail us and we will do our best to help out with the issue. We stand behind our product and our work.
